Do you ship to my country?
Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu you may still email us to see if we can ship to you and what the cost would be.
What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Pillow Decor must determine international shipping charges on an order by order basis. Please place your order and we will contact you to advise you of shipping charges. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until we have your email confirmation agreeing to the shipping charge.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Pillow Decor does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
What is the return policy?
You may return all items sold by Pillow Décor Ltd. within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and the amount Pillow Décor incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, the initial shipping charges incurred by Pillow Decor will be deducted from the refund amount if the items being returned reduces your original order total to less than $100. Shipping charges are not deducted if a store credit is requested.
Pillow Decor does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a cash refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
- Any custom made or personalized products
Please clearly mark you package with the words "Canadian Goods Being Returned" to ensure that no duty charges are applied.
