FLAT RATE SHIPPING: $7.99 for all orders* (some exceptions apply) within continental USA (excluding Alaska). Rates to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout. *Because large pillows can be very bulky, some of our larger items may cost more for shipping. If additional rates are not provided online at time of checkout, we will always contact you for your approval of shipping charges before shipping.

If no one is available to accept delivery of your package, it is at the discretion of the carrier to either leave the package at your residence or leave a notice advising you that your order is available for pick-up or re-delivery. Pillow Decor does not accept responsibility for stolen or unclaimed packages.
If you are not confident of the security of your shipping address we recommend using the address of a local Fedex Delivery Office where you can pickup your package. If we ship to a Fedex pickup location, it is your responsibility to pickup your package within the Fedex pickup time frame which is usually 7-10 days. Please contact Fedex for the address of your closest pickup location.
International Shipping (Outside USA & Canada)
Pillow Decor must determine international shipping charges on an order by order basis. Please place your order and we will contact you to advise you of shipping charges. Please note that your credit card will not be charged until we have your email confirmation agreeing to the shipping charge.
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, duties, or other fees imposed by your government. Pillow Decor does not charge these fees, and we have no control over the amount of the fees. All such fees are your responsibility, and are not included in the shipping charges quoted to you. Please contact your customs office for information about additional fees.
PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS
You may return all items sold by Pillow Decor Ltd. within 15 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date your received your items. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, a $7.99 outbound shipping charge will be deducted. Orders that are 'refused' at point of delivery will have outbound and return shipping charges deducted. Please note that all Event Sales are final and are not eligible for return.
Pillow Decor does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Please note that, due to differences in computer monitor color settings and displays, Pillow Decor does not take responsibility for discrepancies between the physical product color and the color as see on your computer screen. If you have concerns about color, we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase. We can provide Benjamin Moore and Pantone color references and in many cases we can provide additional photos.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
- Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period.
- Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged.
- Any item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume
- Any custom made products.

If you would like to return any item(s) you must contact us to request a 'Returned Merchandise Authorization' number (RMA#). Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll-free at 1-866-900-8488 between 10am-6pm Monday to Friday (Pacific Standard Time). If you are advising us by email, please list the product codes and quantities of the items you are returning.
