I fell in love with my new pillows when I saw them online but with merely days before my Thanksgiving party I didn't think I had time to order. On a chance I called the store and spoke with a representative who couldn't have been more helpful. He pulled my order personally and got it right in the mail. I got my package 2 days later. The pillows are gorgeous and beautifully constructed but what I appreciated the most was the excellent service.

I had to write to tell you how thrilled I am with your website, pillows and customer service!! Your pillows are so accurately described on the website that there were no surprises once I received them....just pure joy.

I also had a query regarding the size of the inserts. However, once I contacted the customer service group and spoke with Peter (who was cordial, knowledgeable and so wonderful) my issue was corrected and without any extra hassles or drama.

Thank you for being such a reputable and reliable company....I will refer all my friends to your website and products; it won't take much prodding, once they see and feel my pillows, I'll have to hold them back from my laptop.

I will definitely order again in the near future....thanks again!!

I have been completely amazed by the customer service at Pillow Decor. I do a lot of online shopping for both home and business and I have never come across a company that is so responsive and helpful to its customers as Pillow Decor is. The company was very quick to respond to my inquiries and very helpful in product selection prior to my purchase. I also requested a product exchange and they mailed me my exchanged item before they had received my return! They are extremely prompt, helpful, responsive, and organized. I received my pillows and wanted to let you know how pleased I am with what I chose, the ease in which to order from your website and accurate estimated time to receive package. I had been looking to add pillows to some I have but discovered they were discontinued so started my search for new pillows online where I do the majority of my shopping, as well as research products. The monastery stripe pillows in orange are even more stunning in person.
