You may return all items sold by Pillow Decor Ltd. within 15 days of receipt. We will credit you your total purchase price less a 10% restocking fee and the amount Pillow Decor incurred for shipping the product(s) to you. Your return package must be post-marked within 15 days of the date your received your items. Please note that for orders that received free shipping, the initial shipping charges incurred by Pillow Decor will be deducted from the refund amount if the items being returned reduces your original order total to less than $100. Shipping charges are not deducted if a store credit is requested. Orders that are 'refused' at point of delivery will have outbound and return shipping charges deducted as well as a 10% restocking fee.
Pillow Decor does not cover your return shipping costs. However, if the return is a result of an error we made in your order or a product defect, we will of course also refund all shipping costs, including your return shipping costs, and offer you a refund or a store credit if that is your preference. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned products.
We cannot issue any refunds or exchanges for the return of certain items, including:
- Any item that has a return post-mark dated after the 15 day return period

Any item that is not in its original condition or is damaged

Any item that has been exposed to pet hair, smoke or perfume

Any custom made products
Returns Procedure

If you would like to return any item(s) you must contact us to request a 'Returned Merchandise Authorization' number (RMA#). Please email us at returns@pillowdecor.com or call us toll-free at 1-866-900-8488 between 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday (Pacific Standard Time). If you are advising us by email, please list the product codes and quantities of the items you are returning.
If returning an order from within the United States please use US Postal Service (USPS) (Economy Service) for the lowest rates. Please do not ship with Fedex or UPS as this will result in uneccessary brokerage charges that will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please clearly mark you package with the words "Canadian Goods Being Returned" to ensure that no duty charges are applied.
