Dear Pillow Décor,

I had to write to tell you how thrilled I am with your website, pillows and customer service!! Your pillows are so accurately described on the website that there were no surprises once I received them....just pure joy.

I also had a query regarding the size of the inserts and although I ordered what I thought would be appropriate, I was wrong. However, once I contacted the customer service group who was cordial, knowledgeable and so wonderful, my issue was corrected and without any extra hassles or drama.

Thank you for being such a reputable and reliable company....I will refer all my friends to your website and products; it won't take much prodding, once they see and feel my pillows, I'll have to hold them back from my laptop.

I will definitely order again in the near future....thanks again!!
